* A "one-call" and team email will be sent out to announce the upcoming swim meet. You will be notified of the meet's date and the due date for sign ups.
* Each coach is in charge of submitting entries for each meet. You must contact your coach prior to the due date to discuss your entries. The coach will then submit the meet entries.
* In the event that you fail to contact your coach, you will be entered in the meet automatically, which means money will come out of your escrow account and be wasted. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COACH IF YOU KNOW THAT YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE PART IN THE MEET BEFORE THE DEADLINE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED.
* There will be no late entries or event changes permitted after the due date. DO NOT ASK AT THE MEET TO CHANGE AN EVENT.
