BERGEN BARRACUDAS SWIM LESSONS!

THE BERGEN BARRACUDAS ARE OFFERING THEIR LEARN-TO-SWIM and 'CLINIC' LESSONS DURING THE SPRING,

STARTING DATE OF MARCH 15, 2008.

Saturday mornings from 9:30- 10:10 or 10:20-11:00 at the Bradley Center at Ramapo College.

COST: $200 for 10 - 40 minute lessons.

LEVELS: The Learn-to Swim and Clinic lessons are American Red Cross Lessons.

LEARN TO SWIM- is for children who are not experienced swimmers. These swimmers are swimmers who need to get used to the water and begin moving forwards on their stomachs and backs. The movement has to be fluid and close to effortless before the student is moved to the CLINIC level.

CLINIC- is for children who are more experienced swimmers. These swimmers already know how to swim front crawl (freestyle) and backstroke, Clinic is for swimmers who want to and are able to learn higher level swimming skills and strokes. The two strokes that are taught in clinic are Breaststroke and Butterfly.

BOTH LEARN TO SWIM AND CLINIC- practice jumping into the water and diving.
